How do I get a desk?
Choose a package and pay online, request a desk if you would rather we set it up, or book a demo first. After an online payment you pick the email and password you will use, then sign in and add your logo and colours.
How is Vellisys different?
Vellisys is branded books software. Quotations, invoices and receipts leave in your logo, colours and currency, from one desk - not a generic PDF pad.
Are the documents in our branding?
Yes. Every quotation, invoice, receipt, delivery note, expense, headed letter and custom document uses the company logo, three brand colours, and the layout you pick.
Can we work in our own currency?
Yes. You enter the currency you bill in - UGX, KES, EUR, USD or any other three-letter code. Documents can also be in USD; set how many of your currency equal one dollar so reports can add them up.
Can we set our own tax?
Yes. Each desk names the tax (VAT, GST, SST, IVA…) and the percent it charges. Taxed lines use that rate. Sheets already issued keep the rate they were saved with.
How do I pay for a package?
Choose a package, enter the company, then continue to the secure Pesapal page in this tab (mobile money, cards, bank or wallet). When payment finishes you return here to create your sign-in. The charge is in the currency you picked on this page. See how payment works
How much does a desk cost?

How do we send a sheet to a client?
Share opens WhatsApp or email with a link to the branded sheet. You can print it, or download the document in one click.
Who sees the books?
Only people you add on that company desk. Someone who receives a share link sees that one sheet, not the rest of the books.
Can we run more than one shop?
Vellisys Business includes up to 2 branches and Vellisys Pro up to 3, counting Head office. Vellisys Start is Head office only. Several people can sit on one branch.
How many people can sign in?
Vellisys Start allows up to 2 people, Business up to 3, and Pro up to 4.
How do I ask something the list does not cover?
Use the form on this page. We reply by email. Do not send passwords or payment details here.
